The company was established in 2012 with the objective to stock Australia’s largest and most comprehensive range.

Stephen has worked in the steel industry for over thirty years across both New Zealand and Australia. He co-founded Hydraulic Steels Australia with his wife, Teresa, in 2012.
Teresa has a background in business administration and has worked in steel related industries for over 25 years. She holds an instrumental role at Hydraulic Steels Australia as she is responsible for the smooth running of our organisation.
Brock joined Hydraulic Steels in 2020 as our General Manager of Systems and Operations. Prior to joining our team, Brock worked in the engineering and manufacturing industries for over 20 years. Brock's current role is fundamental for the success of Hydraulic Steels as he is responsible for ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Nick joined Hydraulic Steels in 2017 as a member of our warehouse team, with an approach to gain more knowledge and understand how Hydraulic Steels operates, as well as the products that we offer. The fundamental skills and processes learnt in the warehouse have propelled Nick into the Sales Representative role he is currently in today.
Jack joined Hydraulic Steels in 2021 where he started in our warehouse team. Jack’s current role is in the Purchasing/Procurement team where he is responsible for purchasing and receiving stock, as well as communicating with suppliers on shipping and stock updates. Jack has recently completed his Masters of Business (Graduate Certificate in Business Management) at the Queensland University of Technology.
Rosie joined Hydraulic Steels in 2020 as our Sales Representative. Prior to joining our team, Rosie worked in the Special Metals industries for many years in Customer Service and Sales positions. Rosie holds a fundamental role within our sales team, ensuring that all client orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
